Care Management Graduate Assistant
Assists in client care management duties, develops and maintains community mental health referral and resource database, follows up on contacts with referrals, manage paperwork related to physician's assistance program for medications, maintain clinical database, and fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Graduate students in the nursing, social work, counseling, or psychology program preferred.
